This notice describes how Future of Fitness handles information submitted through this website, including Right Rooms Map requests, the optional Right Rooms Score assessment, case-study requests and direct inquiries.

1. Information you provide

Depending on the form you use, we collect your name, work email, company, role and optional company website. Map requests also include information about your business, growth goals, audiences, optional target companies or people, business stage, desired outcomes and preferred session date and time. Score assessments include your answers, calculated scores and any notes you choose to share. Case-study requests include your name, company, role and work email.

Please do not submit patient information, personal health records, passwords or other sensitive personal information. These forms are for business inquiries.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, assess business fit, prepare your working session or requested materials, arrange a session and follow up on the business goals you share. Choosing a preferred session time does not create a confirmed booking; Eric confirms availability separately.

Form submissions are saved in our website's managed data service. They are not published on the website. Submitting a request does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

3. Website services and technical information

Our website relies on hosting, data storage and security services to deliver pages and process submissions. These providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, request timestamps and error information as part of operating and protecting their services. Our pages also load fonts and images from external delivery services, which receive the technical information needed to serve those files.

If an inquiry link includes a source label, we may save that label with your request to understand how you reached us.

We also keep the first landing page and campaign parameters in session storage and attach them to website requests. Newsletter, sponsorship, guest and report requests are stored privately. Forms send the validated information you provide directly from your browser to Kit and independently save a private backup in our managed data service. A saved backup is not a confirmed subscription. Newsletter and Ask signup forms request a subscription; inquiry forms are used to respond to the request you make. A subscription is confirmed only when Kit reports success. Please check each form’s stated purpose before submitting.

Optional Google Analytics measures page visits, playback actions, downloads and confirmed form submissions. Microsoft Clarity, if configured, measures how visitors interact with pages, and LinkedIn Insight, if configured, measures advertising attribution. These scripts do not load until you accept optional tracking. Advertising personalization remains disabled. We honor browser Global Privacy Control by keeping optional tracking off. Use Privacy settings in the footer at any time to review or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing reloads the page to unload tracking scripts; data already sent is not recalled. We do not send form contact fields or typed Ask questions as analytics event parameters. Referrer and analytics page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Campaign labels are saved with requests, so please do not include personal details in campaign links. Embedded third-party forms and podcast players follow their providers’ privacy practices. YouTube video players load when you choose to play, using its privacy-enhanced domain; the provider can still receive technical information when playback starts.

Ask the Industry questions

Ask questions and retrieved conversation passages are processed by our AI service to generate cited answers. Questions are stored without attaching form contact details so we can improve the service and produce aggregated industry insights. Text you enter can itself identify you, so do not include personal health information, confidential business information or other sensitive details. Answers are summaries of recorded conversations, not medical advice. If you choose to identify yourself through the signup form to keep asking, those details are handled like any other form submission above.

4. Cookies and external websites

Cookies or browser storage may be used by the services that operate the website. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect some functionality.

Links to podcasts, social platforms and other websites take you to services with their own privacy notices. Their handling of information is separate from ours. This notice does not cover those external services.

5. Access, sharing and security

Information submitted through the forms is used by Future of Fitness and the service providers that help operate the website and handle inquiries. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. We use access controls to restrict access to form submissions, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information for responding to requests, supporting relevant business discussions and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate retention period depends on the nature of the inquiry and any resulting engagement.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Contact eric@futureoffitness.co to make a request or ask about retention. You can also ask us to stop non-essential follow-up communications. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
