About

Nine years.
One conversation at a time.

Future of Fitness started with a simple habit: calling the people who build this industry and asking them how it really works.

How it started.

Nine years ago, Eric Malzone started recording conversations with gym owners, founders and coaches he admired. He wanted to understand what was actually happening behind the press releases.

People kept saying yes. Operators introduced him to investors. Scientists introduced him to founders. One conversation led to the next, and the people who sat down with us became friends, collaborators and, often, the reason the next guest picked up the phone.

That is still how it works. Every episode, every newsletter and every introduction we make comes from those relationships, built slowly and kept carefully.
